Are you a thrill seeker? Do you like an easy ride around an automated track? Perhaps you adore popcorn and huge swaths of cotton candy.
No matter your speed, North Carolina has an amusement park that delight you.
Next time you’re in the Tar Heel State looking at Charlotte apartments for rent, take a detour for a day of fun at one of these entertainment hubs.
Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park, Wilmington
Jungle Rapids is an experience for the whole family, a park with many different areas.
Its water park has a lazy river, wave pool, several types of slides, and a kids splash area.
If you’re not in the mood to get wet, try your hand at mini bowling or jungle golf.
There’s a rock climbing wall, arcade, laser tag area, bumper cars, and a ride called Sky Tower that picks riders up 40 feet before dropping them back to the ground.
Jungle Rapids is a great place to have a birthday party, family trip, or celebrate a special occasion with a large group of people of all ages.
Santa’s Land Fun Park and Zoo, Cherokee
Hanging out with Jolly Old St. Nick isn’t only for December!
At Santa’s Land you’ll celebrate the big man year-round. The park has an opportunity to meet Santa daily.
It also hosts an interactive magic show and has a zoo filled with everything from kangaroos and lemurs to baby black bears and Siberian huskies.
There’s a game room and arcade, as well as a variety of eateries to choose from in the park.
